Cultivating Restorative Shifts in your Organization, August 26, 12pm-1:30pm ET

In this workshop, co-facilitators Leo Hylton and Jena Kitchen lead a practice-based discussion about a systems-level approach to workplace culture transformation. We consider common struggles that social impact organizations face - burnout, turnover, and a lack of team cohesion - and explore how leaders can create and implement restorative processes that sustain their teams while achieving their missions.

From cultivating internal shifts in perspective for leaders and sourcing root causes of organizational challenges, Leo and Jena hold space for troubleshooting real-life scenarios and developing practices to take back to their organizations.
