Leadership Transition Guidance
Transitions in executive or board leadership are pivotal moments where organizations have the opportunity to renew and deepen their missions and connect more fully with their communities. Grounded in restorative practices, we partner with you to ensure continuity, manage change effectively, and position your organization for what's next — whether you're onboarding a new executive director or navigating a board chair transition.
Board Development
At key junctures, every nonprofit board should reevaluate itself to ensure that it is in touch with the community needs and the organization’s mission, providing effective governance, and offering optimal support for executive leadership. We guide you through a phased approach of Assessment, Board Education, and Implementation. We also facilitate board and staff retreats.
Strategy Sessions
Not every challenge requires a full engagement. Our strategy sessions provide focused guidance on specific leadership questions. These topics could include: burnout and wellbeing; Board dynamics; organizational harm repair; and/or program development (including disability, reentry, restorative justice, supportive accountability, and leadership programming).
