Our Pricing Philosophy
At Radiate, we believe that budget shouldn’t be a barrier to co-creating restorative workplaces. This is why we focus on creating excellent content and consulting services at scaled, accessible pricing based on organizational revenue size.
There are a disproportionate number of organizations with revenues below $100k, $250k, and $500k, that are led by Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) as well as by Disabled people and systems-impacted people. (*A “systems-impacted person” is someone who is directly affected by incarceration through conviction, incarceration, and/or are family members of those impacted by the criminal legal system.)
These organizations are excellent at what they do. They stretch dollars farther and make a deeper impact than most could ever dream of doing. They are some of the best positioned for the highest, greatest, and most sustainable social transformation. And yet, they face outsized barriers including, but not limited to, strict regulations by grantmaking organizations about budget thresholds, lack of access to high net worth individuals, and/or criminal legal records without the possibility of expungement.
For paid resources to purchase, we are leading with trust. At Radiate, we operate from a restorative justice ethos from our own internal processes to the way we interact with our partner organizations. We trust you to choose the right tier based on your annual budget for your latest published Form 990 at your time of purchase.
However, as we hold true to restorative justice and the fundamental role of accountability, we reserve the right to request documentation of your latest published Form 990 and to invoice any organization for the remaining amount if we determine that, at the time of your purchase, you purchased a product for a lower price than our tiers for your budget size.
