Our strategic planning intensives
Jumpstart Your Strategic Plan (2-day intensive) A hands-on, facilitated intensive for leadership teams ready to lay the foundation for a strategic plan. You'll walk away with a draft framework including a mission, vision, and values review, priority goal areas, and a 90-day action plan to keep momentum going. Ideal for organizations that want a structured starting point before committing to a full engagement.
Strategic Planning for Small Nonprofits (cohort course, 4–6 weeks) A guided cohort program designed for executive directors and board leaders at organizations with budgets under $250K. Covers the essentials of participatory strategic planning — stakeholder engagement, strengths assessments, goal-setting, and building an implementation-ready plan — with peer learning and accountability built in. Delivered virtually with live sessions and asynchronous work.
Annual Strategy Refresh (half-day facilitated session) For organizations that already have a strategic plan but need help assessing progress, recalibrating priorities, and aligning the team around what's next. Think of this as an annual tune-up — designed to be repeated as part of a healthy planning rhythm. Can be combined with a board or staff retreat.
Mission Drift Check-Up (90-minute workshop — coming soon) For incoming or current leaders who sense their organization has drifted from its core mission but aren't sure where or how. We help you to ensure your mission is what happens when your community’s goals and your organization’s goals align. Includes guided reflection exercises, a self-assessment framework, and a decision matrix for whether to realign, pivot, or recommit. From Plan to Action: Implementation Accountability Program (3–6 month advisory) Many strategic plans fail at the implementation stage. This ongoing advisory program pairs your leadership team with a supportive Radiate consultant for monthly check-ins, progress tracking, and collaborative problem-solving during the first phase of carrying out your plan. Includes quarterly milestone reviews and a mid-point recalibration session.
